It is actually day 3 in the morning because my day yesterday was wow; lets just say; energy and emotional driven. Could not seem to get my head on straight to be a shining example of positivity. I did have a productive day yesterday though; I got up in the morning worked out hard for an hour before getting myself ready and doing my day. But after my massage/energy balancing session with my therapist all sorts of stuff came up and I had some really big processing to do about past and how I have been pulling it forward into my reality now of which I want to change certain things of. So the most I got done the rest of the day was laundry and I did one of my momentum's.
As one of my momentum's, I chose to paint my toe nails purple to represent and remind me of the feelings I had during our last class when Doug (our instructor) walked us though our 90 day goal. It is pretty cool! Let me walk you through it with me. He asked us how we would feel inside when we reach our goal. Here is what I felt, saw and experienced.
I saw a bright intense translucent purple round mailable shape which was in constant motion. I felt this purple energy most in between my shoulder blades going all the way through my chest and radiating outward into the world. This cool yet not cold to the touch; textured like skin Beautiful Purple shape smelling like fresh sun ripened boysenberries; massaged me as it moved ever so slowly attracting every good thing into it and bring the wondrous ever changing gift of Love into this world and allowing me to experience and share this with the world.
What a Incredible thing to happen! All that needs to be is to look inward and we see the direct connection to the way we are in this world. Pretty cool assignment Hugh! So to remind me of the way I am inside I did a outward manifestation of my feeling in painting my toe nails purple. Very Exciting; reminding me and all of you who you are.
