Power 90 Goal Day #22

Hello All

I find it fascinating that at certain times in our lives we can crack and be unable to see the way out of any given situation and then something or someone can come in and do or say something that can make our thought process become irrevocably changed to leave a higher feeling of peace in our soul. Then our soul can speak to us again and give us answers that we were not connected enough to allow us to see before.

My soul had such a change at my Power 90 Goal class last night along with a State Change of working out at a Gym; that I would of never stepped one foot into before; and a deep truthful soul wrenching open talk with my boyfriend. We forget and do not see how much normally others count on us and love us! It is these times that sitting in a corner not letting others in is not valuing ourselves enough to consider; that the ones that we love and love us would give anything to be able to help which in turn helps their own selves feel love and appreciation.

I found in class that I had something put in place that took me years to become! I have fearlessly been promoting NO JUDGEMENT! For about 10 years I have been teaching myself along with all my clients to never judge what you may think you may understand or know is right. I have found that what you may think is right a lot of times is not right for everybody! Everyone has their own path in life to help their own selves become better, feel free and at peace. The more we think we know what is right and true we are just asking the Universe; Karma; or the powers that be to teach us that we are not better than anyone else! Sometimes this can come in really harsh ways so be careful LOVE OTHERS IN ALL THINGS!!! Even the ones we may think are wrong or bad!

Something I have been doing for a long time but my boundaries had gotten in the way; was to allow someone too much right to me. Remember LOVE OTHERS IN ALL THINGS; NO JUDGEMENT! INCLUDING YOURSELF!!! SET CLEAR BOUNDARIES TO HONOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS!!!! It is our responsibility to teach people how we expect to be treated and loved! If we do not set those clear boundaries no matter how good of a person they are and no matter how much we have No Judgement towards them; we can end up getting hurt!!! Bad!!!

So in summary good lessons are for the ones that listen and honor themselves and others. We Grow and Live Better with Good Lessons! And who does not want to have a better life! Ooooooooh! Oooooooh! I DO......I DO.....I AM WORTH LOVING WHILE BEING TRUE TO MYSELF!!!!!

My wish for you this week is to find all those things that are true to yourself and honor those things while passing NO JUDGEMENT!!!!!
