I had a Amazing Day Yesterday! I even had a little break down last night too! It was a very eye opening thing!

I did Ropes Course for my Power 90 Goal Class Yesterday. 8am-5pm! Whew we were all Beat!!!!

There were 14 of us and everybody did and succeeded at every course! We even had a wonderful 65 year old girl doing all the things that made some us young lings blush, scream and throw tantrums and say we did not want to do it! But we ALL DID! The Courage I saw yesterday was the most Beautiful Thing I have Ever Seen! And I tell you EVERYONE was tested to their Core!

We ALL Came together as a Group Yesterday and when we were done with the day; we were in Ahhhhhhh! It was interesting to see that we ALL did not want to go! We just sat and talked and were Blissfully Perfect! Our regular lives became a distant memory as time was suspended. As we all came back to the ground after a time; we slowly came into our new lives with purpose and New Resolves and THEN we were able to break group and work ourselves into our evening activities. We ALL had a GOOD DAY!

With the drive their was a time for contemplation and Ryan and I shared insights and connections. When we got home life began with FOOD; Rest and Recuperation in Private Time!

I chose to take a holy cow hot bath in Epsom salts; ouch I was feeling my muscles get to me; yet afterwords I felt better! I broke down and cried not really understanding why; yet I let it all come out!

I felt the need to get out; Meditate and look at myself. So I got myself ready and stepped out into the world that was once scary and took a walk around my old high school ground not really understanding why I was led to go walking there of all places! As I walked I remembered the torch er I was put through by kids I grew up with.

I was a very cute shy girl who had allot of problems at home and no outlet! So I was Allot shy and scared! And of course kids will be picked on if they are different and I was! I was pushed around and told to die and scared into submission by kids who were probably not doing well themselves.

I remembered though my walk to never come on school grounds after school hours or I was going to be beaten up and these were the scary kids who meant it! So I never participated in after school activities or showed my face in any way at school after hours even going for a walk; which I always wanted to do and see all the grounds!

So I saw my past in my walk last night and I faced my fear and saw the beauty that I had never allowed myself to see before! I even had a moment to meditate in a open field seeing the Beautiful Mountains on all sides of me in the Crimson Sunset feeling the peaceful crisp stream breeze blowing over me hearing the birds calls in the trees as I sat and started to remember.

It is a blessing to be drawn to do something and not know why! There is always something to be gained back to our souls by past or knowing we are not alone and being guided to follow the promptings of guides; angels or our higher power. In the moments of true listening and following is the gifts that are granted to claim things we once had! Listen to yourselves and obey without knowing why and you will find PEACE WITH YOUR SOUL!
